A bit about Laura.
Laura’s culinary roots are to be found in rural Herefordshire, England. Where she was raised.
However her love of cooking was actually honed on her many visits to France where a meal was an occasion to be enjoyed. Where fresh local ingredients combined with the correct preparation could lead to memorable occasions.
Laura also doesn’t like to be photographed. This is the best one we have.
